Last year, I composed and recorded eight songs for The Open Dance Project production, "1968: The
Whole World is Watching," an immersive dance performance centered around the 1968 Democratic National
Convention and the surrounding turmoil/state of the country. I immersed myself in songs from 1968 and
did my best to channel the feel of the music at the time. Some of the songs have very obvious influences
and others less so. I decided to release the songs as a soundtrack album and they will be out on all
platforms within the next few weeks. Stay tunes for updates!Thanks to Annie Arnoult and all the ODP crew and dancers for making such a cool production. |
